The DAV College Trust and Management Society is the largest non-governmental educational organization in India managing a chain of over 900 institutions in India and abroad.

The DAV management is more than 125 years old and its educational budget is next to central government of India and more than that of any state government. The DAV Management has established a number of medical and engineering colleges, dental colleges, polytechnics, Industrial training centres, schools, arts and science colleges.

The DAV Management created a new milestone, when its First University at Jalandhar – DAV University (The Nalanda of Modern India) was inaugurated and dedicated to the Nation on 20th April, 2013 by Hon’ble President Dr. Punam Suri, Padma Shree Awardee. All these DAV institutions are well known for the quality education and the highest level of dedication, sincerity, commitment and discipline.

The DAV society has, as it’s alumni, distinguished jurists, diplomats, doctors, engineers, scientists, educationists, artists, literary figures and sportsmen. Legendary Bhagat Singh, Punjab Kesri Lala Lajpat Rai, Former Prime Ministers Dr. Manmohan Singh, Sh.A.B. Yajpai and Sh. I. K. Gujral, Actors Shahrukh Khan, Sushant Singh Rajput, Ayushman Khurana, Cricketers M.S. Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh, Ghazal Singer Jagjit Singh are all esteemed members of our rich and large DAV Family.
